We have worked extensively in the area of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for clients. We are acknowledged as experts in this field and we have provided advice to operators and service providers, including ICT outsourcing contracts. We assist clients internationally in the:

  • Optimised design of the network and processes to achieve desired service levels,
  • Development of SLAs to support of the client business and from user and supplier perspectives
  • Training of client staff in SLA development theory and practices
  • Developing statistical models that enable risk of failure and related sanctions to be assessed

We use our strengths in network design and mathematics to ensure that SLAs are based on good foundations. We focus on network infrastructure and operations from a services perspective and in a business context . We formulate SLAs based on key aspects of implementation, performance, availability and security and ensure that they are:

  • Inherently sound as they are based on good network design
  • Designed to give an incentive for the supplier to meet client expectations
  • The minimum number necessary to achieve the objective of network value-for-money and ease the task of managing them
